3. Orders & Payment

• All project fees, product purchases, or service charges must be paid as agreed in invoices or checkout pages.

• Payments are accepted via the methods listed on our website.

• For custom projects, work will begin after payment terms are met.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of templates and plugins, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

• Services: Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Delays or cancellations should be communicated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Elementorify retains ownership of all designs, templates, code, and content until full payment is received for custom projects.

• Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except where third-party plugins or materials are used (licenses remain with original providers).

• Digital products purchased from our shop are licensed, not sold, and may be used according to the licensing terms provided.

7. Use of Services
